2nd time taking my car to this car wash and they didn’t even clean the bare minimum wipe down. I paid $37 for this! I came second time because I want to give them a chance to redeem themselves, but again disappointed.

Went to clean up my moms car this past Sunday. Paid for a VIP wash which should have been top of the line inside and outside clean. I have never had any issues in the past. This recent wash was very quick. They did not give me the awesome cleaning that I paid for and tipped 20%. Will not be back anytime soon.

I just paid $53.85 to get a “V.I.P” car wash at HWY 29 CARWASH & DETAIL. The young man that did my wheels and tires, did ALL 4 in 1 minute 52 seconds - I timed him - then he went and sat down in a chair, in the shade, and started thumbing his phone screen. Two other detailers worked on my cars interior for another 8 minutes. They did a pretty decent job but missed a few things that should’ve been cleaned. The wheels and tires really make me angry, ESPECIALLY, with that young man only spending 20 or so seconds on each one. The other 3 times i’ve been here this summer, I just got the basic wash, and got the exact same finished product. I expected that though with the basic package, not the V.I.P package. His VERY POOR job on the wheels and tires got the tip - for the whole crew - cut way down. $15 down to $3. Just being honest! Back to PARR’S I go.

PROS: This place is excellent at cleaning the outside of your vehicle. They do a great job drying the outside of the vehicle. They do a good job of wiping. The dust from the inside. CONS: When it comes to vacuuming the inside of the car it seems rushed. They do NOT vacuum under the mats of the vehicle. They do NOT remove any trash you have in the vehicle themselves. (You have to hand them the trash) Overall good job, but it's not worth spending about $15 to have them do a Full Service when you can vacuum I better yourself
